Climatology Class..what are the effects to the seasons if the earth were tilted 35 deg and also 90

Seems like at 35 the poles would be warmer in summer and colder in winter the northern hemisphere would have less daylight hours

At 90 there would be no seasonal changes...Any suggestions....
