Guest026
I just thought of a design for gauss gun-like contraption that never stops moving. Here's a picture of it. the + - at the bottom is a horse shoe magnet, n means non magnetized material, l is an insulator, and + and - signs are positive and negative polarities. (Sorry the picture is so ugly) + + - - - - + + ll ll n n + -

Guest026
Air resistance? Friction? Well it could be in a vacuum and lubed up really well.
ydoaPs
Well it could be in a vacuum and lubed up really well. No such thing as a perfect vacuum. Lubrication doesn't take away friction; it changes the kind of friction.
NeonBlack
Forget about friction. I don't see how it moves. Can you give an explanation of how it works and draw a better picture (maybe with high quality graphics program like ms paint)?
