[math]C(t)=\frac{1.5x}{100-x}[/math] If you want a numerical answer, you'll need a value for the percent of people participating. If you want a graph, I think it's a hyperbola. Write the entire problem statement and we'll see if we can help. By the way, we HELP with homework; we don't do it for you. Also, I'm fairly sure that no such point exists, and it wouldn't be too useful if it did.

The real problem is that we were given a function and asked how to "solve it" but were never told what we were to solve!

lol my thoughts exactly... what are we solving..? x? well thats irrelevant and meaningless if we aren't given more information
