There were similar instances in India, where elephants were getting drunk on local rice beer and tramling crops. Ill search for the link for that, it was surreal.

My cat once stuck his nose in my dad's beer. He didn't get drunk, but he got bubbles up his nose, and started running around the house sneezing. It was hilarious.
