No. Quantum theory is generally unimportant for macroscopic objects, except under very unusual conditions.

Yeah---I think science is a long way from understanding this.

 

The general concesus is that, even if we did completely understand string theory, or some other theory of everything, actually predicting anything with it (along the lines of what you are talking about) would be too difficult, becase of the complexity involved.
