his is a hoax. The patent diagram is rubbish. He's accomplishing this trick with an induction coil and a hidden power source. Induction is nothing new (Tesla first demonstrated it).

he could possibly be leaching off radio waves. although that'll still require a power source at one point.

If its free I'll have it. May not work but I could use the parts.
