Ok, i know what turgidity is: it is when a plant's vacuole is full of water

What is the difference between flaccidity and plasmolysis

hmmm..... i think i need it in lots more detail. YT may be able to explain it to me!

lol, not my area dude, sorry :)

my Biology is little more than A level, and that was 4 years ago with no use (I`ve forgotten alot).

there`s others MUCH MORE qualified than I in that area :)

Flaccidity is lacking firmness, and plasmolysis is contraction of the protoplasm away from the wall of a living plant or bacterial cell, caused by loss of water through osmosis.

and both have to do with Salt imballances inside or outside of the cell :)

See, I did remmeber something :)

Yup YT, so, does it go in this order?

Turgidity---Flaccidity---Plasmolysed?

And what is protoplasm? Is it the vacuole?

Protoplasm is the complex translucent substance that constitutes the living matter of plant and animal cells and manifests the essential life functions of a cell.

and usualy divided into 2 parts, Cytoplasm and the nucleus :)

The outer portion of the continuous phase of cytoplasm of a cell.
