Looking for animal evolution picture…

Featured Replies

I am putting together a PowerPoint presentation and I would like to have a certain picture. I have seen this in a few education films and I think one of you will know what I mean.

It looks exactly like these, but is from fish to land and animals.

I tried looked at google for an hour and turned up nothing. Much thanks if you could find what I am looking for.

Hes talking about the different stages of animal evolution presented front to back in chronological order.

Oh. I see what you want. Well, that's very much a work in progress. This fossil surfaced recently.

I'm still wondering where that semi-aquatic mammal fossil from China fits in. I doubt you'll find anything that's any more than pretty speculative at this point, but I wish you luck.

I know evolution did not work that way. I would like to have that picture for a quick non-literal definition.

The picture I am looking for would have a fish on the right, then a fish with legs in the middle, then finally a land animal on the left.
