Zero Point Energy waste

If zero point energy is possible (wich there is evidence to assume so, it would just be difficult to cultivate this technology to a useable state) then what would be the waste? (I forgot what the name of the law is, but energy can only be transformed and not destroyed or extracted from "thin air") So, theoretically there should be a waste from zero point energy. What would it be (or what is it?)? A friend and I were discussing this subject and the paradoxes of the theory of realativity and such. We are wierd like that, but anyway (sorry). What do you think/know the waste product is? Because it has to have a waste product according to the law of (whatever it's called, lol).:embarass:

(sorry for my lack of technical words, I'm to lazy to find my physics book)

your oppinion and thoughts will be greatly appreciated!
