Imagine you would be as fast as light , could you walk or wouldn't you be able to walk ?

I can imagine and walk at the same time. But it is nonsensical to try and apply physical law to a situation where other physical law has been violated - massive bodies can't travel at c, so the question is moot.

The Concorde break the sound speed and the people is able to move inside it.

That is because the people inside Concorde are not moving relative to the Concorde (well, until they start walking!)
