ecoli
I'm sick and tired of the dust. What works the best for you?
YT2095
why don`t you buy a little dust cover for it when it`s not in use, if you use it 8 hours a day and it`s covered for the other 16, that 2/3`s less cleaning required straight away

insane_alien
you ccould place it in a vacuum although the hard drive wouldn't work then
Callipygous
you ccould place it in a vacuum although the hard drive wouldn't work then why wouldnt the air tight harddrive work in a vacuum? also, window cleaner on a monitor is really not a good idea. the spray likes to mist a little and you dont want that drifting down into the electrically charged parts of your monitor. espeically while your still holding the bottle. if at all, make sure you spray into the rag, then wipe. 5614
The sleeve of a jumper??? I mean, I know it goes against all the rules but as long as it is a smooth jumper (like a fleece or something) and as long as you don't use much pressure (you're only rubbing off dry dust!) then it'll be fine. I've been doing that for, well, must be coming onto 3 years now and you can't see a single scratch.
Equuleus
That stuff if fine for a CRT moniter, but what about an LCD for my laptop? I don't want to do anything to damage it. I mix one part 99% isopropanol and one part water. Works great! Supposedly, this is the solution that should be used to clean LCD's.
