Fracois Halzen, a Physicist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison was awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics, today, for his research in Neutrino Astronomy. His research made contributions to the Ice-Cube Neutrino Observatory, in Antarctica, studying high energy, cosmic neutrinos.
