Just one Question

In a country called Wonderland there are two nearby villages

One of them has all Truth Speakers who always tell truth and answer truthfully

The other one is just opposite and all residents there only lie about everything and never answer truthfully

I have a friend in the Truth Speaking Village and want to visit him

The road leading to these villages bifurcates on a junction where I meet a person living in one of the villages and I ask him only one question and thereby from the answer decide which is the road to take to reach my friend

What is the Question ?

Yes this is a variation on the prison guards. I am in a cell with two doors with a guard on each. One door is freedom the other death. Death is guarded by a liar and freedom by a truth teller.
