(No other forces : Gravitational or Other type.)

We need a description, not a video.

Sort of. It can’t spontaneously begin to rotate without an external torque.

But the current would feel a force, and if properly connected, the wire would rend to rotate in one direction while the battery+magnets would rotate in the other, such that the angular momentum would remain zero.

In the Video 1:08 motor All parts are Rolling in one direction.

Considering Rolling = Rotation+Translation

If in Space would this motor (all parts) rotate in one direction ?
