guiromero
Hello, I have a question about an exercise of an MIT online course: "For two bonded atoms X and Y, a small eX and large eY will result in a bond energy (Ea-b) with a large __________ contribution." Where e = electronegativity I have tried "electronegativty", "polarity", "strength" and "bond strength", but none of them are correct. Could someone give me an idea? Thanks a lot. There are two basic types of bond for atom to atom. Ionic and Covalent. Take your pick ? This appears to be homework and should be placed there please.
