driver instillation

Featured Replies

my freind recently rebooted his os and his pixels wont change size. he says that the computer says the video driver is already installed. what should he do? thanks.

If the video driver is already installed why would he have problems  unless they are corrupt (reinstal them) or he just switched to a new graphics card and he's trying to instal new drivers, I don't really have enough information to comment.

What OS?

What graphics card?

What exactly does the message say?

Has he recently updated his drivers?

Has he recently got a new graphics card?

Has he recently done a drive roll-back?

What may have caused this error?

etc etc.
