Is 2-hexoxyethanol polar or non-polar?

I'm doing an experiment where I'm testing different cleansers at home to see which of them breaks down a tannin stain the best. One of them is Windex, and the main ingredient is 2-hexoxyethanol. I'm not sure if it's polar or non polar?

 

It is at the limit. Its like a surfactant. The Hex- group is non polar. The oxyethanol is polar.
