I found this new paper about IH3 and IH5 being stable! But has anyone actually attempted to synthesize these compounds?

I've read this new paper by Alexander Sikalov commercial link removed by moderator

It says that most hypervalent halogen hydrides should exist and that IH3 & IH5 should be stable enough to be observable. My question is, has anyone tried to synthesize these substances?

A link to the scientific paper which is the primary focus of the question  is considered to be advertising in this forum? That's just ridiculous...
