Dear Science Forum,

Question: How do you explain that the TB skin test that uses PPD does not serve as the sensitization phase agent of DTH, thus causing subsequent positive TB skin test results when using PPD? 

 

Disregard the question. The PPD inoculum is too small induce sensitization.
