Help for physics homework

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have to prove an equation and I'm having trouble. I have to de-compose vectors from an electric dipole to prove the value of the electric field of a dipole on a bisecting plane as such:

Where p is the dipole moment, so p = qs.

Since the x-value of the fields of the two charges negate themselves, I only want the Y values right?

So I put the value of each field in a "sin", and I'm stuck from there...:

Hi Bonhomme

Please upload a clear images as above image is little clear but below one is too blurry, so that we can answer it. I am not too much expert in vectors but last time my student was looking for homework help regarding vectors and scalars and I helped him.

Upload a clear image of physics homework. Give a proper structure to your question by adding values into forum. It is good to proper reply.
