As some others already said, these ideas are highly speculative, and are far from established science. Therefore you should not use them to understand phenomena that are already explained very well otherwise.

If it helps you to learn, then it is OK, in my point of view. But you must accept the view of seasoned physicists (like Swansont in this thread) when they tell you there is no meat in your speculation.
