Please I'm running this project topic and my supervisor told me to check how many cells can be found in a 2ml of Chlorella species. At first I thought about a Neubauer counting chamber but he suggested that it can be found online. I'm confused here, please can someone help me? Thanks and I'd appreciate your help.

For chlorella, you can use OD (you should be able to find lit for wavelengths etc) or you could use a hemocytometer. I used to use the hemocytometer when I worked with chlorella, and it worked pretty well for what I needed, although it is time consuming.
