topanda Posted January 17, 2019 Share Posted January 17, 2019 Hi, I wanted to ask if anybody has extracted DNA from dried leaf samples that were stored at 4 Celsius. I know that DNA is quite stable in solution after extraction, but I don't know about the tissue. I'm assuming there will be degradation.
