prepare 40mL of a 100mM Mn solution using manganous sulfate, FW=169, in 1M HCL, this will serve as the stock solution. 

use the stock solution to prepare Mn standard solutions in HCL with Mn concentrations of 0, 0.025, 0.1, 0.5, and 1 mM. Prepare 40 mL of each in 50 mL centrifuge tubes.

 

please please help. i dont want just the answer, i need to learn how to work out the problem.
