Is there any way you can see the dates and times of history in firefox?

I have firefox quanum so the norton history thing doesn't work on it. Is there any new add on that can see the dates and times of the history since firefox doesnt show them?

Try clicking History > Show All History,

It has menu Views, and there is option to show date & time (the last visit date).

You might need to adjust columns to see additional column.

+1 for interesting question. I think this option should be default turned on, as it's quite useful.
