I Can't analyze XRD pattern

I have a xrd spectograph but i can't analyze it with xpowder software because the maximum intensity is zero, anyone can help me? Or it is because the data is invalid?

Well, if maximum intensity is zero, it seems like there's definitely something wrong with your data. Can you look at it in plain text? Can you see any responses whatsoever?
