Pretend we're clandestine chemists for a minute, granted unprecedented access to new technologies that enable to synthesize a plethora of novel substances (invented by yourself). For this brainstorm I would like you to pair imagination with theoretical science, to come up with a unique idea for a recreational drug that has never been created or conceptualized before. There are 4 rules to this exercise. 1. Give your recreational drug a common name, and invent a street name for it. 2. Assign it a unique characteristic, make it unique so that it does not resemble any existing recreational drug, to its 2. Tell us about the method of consumption. (Smoked, snorted, swallowed, intravenously, or perhaps invent new way?) 3. Tell us about how it works on the brain (obviously, this is all hypothetical), for example- what areas or chemicals in the brain does it influence? Does it interact with a specific sense or a combination of senses? What if you could create a very specific feeling or taste by triggering only certain sensory cells with the drug?
