How can i change my Avatar &editing my profile ?

Usually in forums i see the control panel or setting then going to change avatar &edit profile but i couldn't found these options.

Try top-right by your username and click on the down triangle. It's possible you might not be able to just yet. I know you will be limited to 5 posts for 24 hours. It's all to do with spam mitigation.

Yes, you'll be able to change your avatar and profile after you've made a few posts.

We had a lot of spam robots which registered, posted nothing, and added spam links to their profile, which was hard for us to detect because they never posted anything. Sorry for the inconvenience.
