Yep....The Bush administration is terrible tough on businesses....... and the best friend of low income earners and/or the disadvantaged. :eek:

How much of this was instigated by Bush or Ashcroft though? Or is it a matter of them not calling in favours for their corporate friends, as might have been expected?

There may not have been any instigations. Worldcom chief Bernard Ebbers deserved what he got, perhaps Bush and Ashcroft agree.
