Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me about GFP extraction and alteration? I'm looking to start a project and would be willing to pay if someone could run me through the minute details of it and the process of extraction.

Using I initialisms without spelling them out once often make things unnecessarily confusing. Do you mean green fluorescent protein?

They can be extracted as other proteins. If you need them in higher purity, you best bet are overexpression with tags.
