Help Identifying a Particle

But Oxygen atom has no rest-mass mentioned by you..

It's much much smaller (O-16 approximately 2.66e-26 kg)

It's quite obvious what is this particle. What is rest-mass of proton? Divide one by another. Round a bit. There is just couple possible isotopes with this mass number/Baryon number.
