I have a bitmap image that explanes my problem perefectly but no were to upload it can someone email me at edwardnardella@yahoo.ca if you can host it. It is olny 830 Kb.

On paint just select 'save as' and in 'save as type' (near the bottom) where it'll say .bmp by default, change it to .jpeg or .jpg from the drop down menu.
