Since i can't find any answers to my question online, i thought i should make a topic myself so maybe some expert answers :)

Can't find any good nutritional facts on these one : 

Grape Seed Extract (grape not grapefruit)

Acerola Extract (as a vitamin C source)

Chaga Mushroom

 

I'm on a ketogenic diet and don't know if any of These supplements cause insulin Spikes and could kick me out of ketosis.

I take the Grape seed extract and the acerola extract usually 1 hour before breaking my fast.

Sometimes i make myself a chaga tea and sip to my meals.

could one of These Habits kick me out of ketosis ?

 

Other question, because i'm working out a lot ( but only maintaining keto for mental clarity, not for fat loss) i liked to consume whey protein ( natural, no chemicals, grass fed) 

since whey Protein is metabolized pretty fast, it could cause Insulin Spikes that can throw you out of ketosis. Would it be possible to consume whey post workout when mixxed with a bulletproof coffee ( Coffee, mct oil and grass fed butter )

and last one, is citrulline malate ( dose of 5-8 g ) ketofriendly on a empty stomach ?

because i'm afraid it will kick my body into processing glucose as primarely energy source. so it would take me a few days of strict dieting to get back into ketosis
