His retirement fund could dip lower because a satellite gets zapped and has to be replaced. His insurance premiums go up for the same reason. Edward Posted May 17, 2005 Share Posted May 17, 2005 Well the power grid here (montreal) went out it does frequently and Hydro Quebec doesen't bother preaparing cause it is too expnsive but their response teams work fast olny took zthem 3 hours to isolate and fix the problems.
