I am sorry. This board sucks. The mods banned me for 2 weeks, as some form of punishment. I will not be wasting my time here further. There is no point, as I am providing them content, and they act as if I should thank them. This is sad. If anyone has a question for me, just google my name, and you will easily find contact information. This site, does not allow me to post it. And so... to the Mods, "you know what you can do." And to the owners.... "You should fire your mods, as they are oppressive and drive people away." Umm... is there a better species? should we just kill ourselves because we think we are un-worthy? perhaps... you have self esteem problems... I do not know. I would think, we are the best we have, and even if we are not... WE... ARE WE... and by nature... should defend our survival and seek our expansion. evolution... could... take care of improving us... over billions of years... but for that... to become better... we must survive.. and evolve. evolution... requires babies... lots of babies. Death... is something we would all like to avoid. Babies.. and population expansion is not something to avoid.

Soo I guess I would ask.... is the Calorie count on the tread mill... Calories.. or calories.... (C = kilo) if its kilo... then I would feel better when working out. but... if weight loss is my goal... I would eat less... we burn 2000 a day doing nothing. so every hour that we starve we loose about one ounce of fat... one pound of fat has about 3000 Calories. thats 2/3 of a pound a day.

Someone asked me to write a letter.. i wrote it... and think some of you who are in pain... for mysterious reasons.. may want to know. so.. To those who have mysterious auto-immune disorders, I, was diagnosed with Rhuematism, about 20 years ago, and have been in horrible pain for all that time, almost 20 years, but TODAY, I HAVE NO PAIN, and am basically cured, without medication. (I used to take a lot of meds, everyday!!!) Put simply, after 20 years, I figured out that, I AM ALLERGIC TO WHEAT... GLUTEN. THE PROBLEM IS, they put wheat in almost everything processed. Celiac disease, also known as gluten intolerance, is a genetic disorder that affects at least 1 in 133 Americans. Symptoms of celiac disease can range from the classic features, such as diarrhea, weight loss, and malnutrition, to latent symptoms such as isolated nutrient deficiencies but no gastrointestinal symptoms. (IN MY CASE... IS CAUSES RHUEMATISM!!!!) The disease mostly affects people of European (especially Northern European) descent, but recent studies show that it also affects Hispanic, Black and Asian populations as well. Those affected suffer damage to the villi (shortening and villous flattening) in the lamina propria and crypt regions of their intestines when they eat specific food-grain antigens (toxic amino acid sequences) that are found in wheat, rye, and barley. Oats have traditionally been considered to be toxic to celiacs, but recent scientific studies have shown otherwise. This research is ongoing, however, and it may be too early to draw solid conclusions. Because of the broad range of symptoms celiac disease presents, it can be difficult to diagnose. The symptoms can range from mild weakness, bone pain, and aphthous stomatitis to chronic diarrhea, abdominal bloating, and progressive weight loss. If a person with the disorder continues to eat gluten, studies have shown that he or she will increase their chances of gastrointestinal cancer by a factor of 40 to 100 times that of the normal population. Further, gastrointestinal carcinoma or lymphoma develops in up to 15 percent of patients with untreated or refractory celiac disease. It is therefore imperative that the disease is quickly and properly diagnosed so it can be treated as soon as possible. ---------------------- The following are my own words... the short text above is from that website listed above. 1) Auto-immune disorders, basically means allergy, meaning, something, something is turing your immune system on, and causing the inflamation and damage which occurs. 2) Over the past 20 years, I had changed my diet many times, with various levels of success but always, always, the pain would come back, and it was only when deliberately avoiding WHEAT that I was able to set myself free, and basically be cured. BUT.. THEY PUT WHEAT IN EVERYTHING... LIKE.. KETSUP.. MUSTARD.. SPICES.. and if it does not say gluten free, then it may not be... 3) For you who reads this, it may not be Wheat, BUT YOU WILL NEVER KNOW unless you take the deliberate effort to avoid it, long enough to notice a difference. But know, if you have an auto-immune disorder, YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO SOMETHING, but... your problems, may.. may.. may... may... be caused by intestinal leakage of FECES which.. is leaking into your blood... caused by damage from eating things which you CANNOT DIGEST. 4) Intestinal leakage, can.. have high levels of H2O2... hydrogen peroxide, which, in the blood acts as a stimulator of immune responce... as, normally damaged tissue, naturally gives off H2O2.. to tell the immune system to respond there... to those cells, and repair the damage, such as bruising... but... if you have leakage, and H2O2 is being leaked into your blood, its presence, can cause auto-immune inflamation, which serves no good purpose, AND FOR MYSELF, CAUSED MASSIVE PAIN. 5) It is known, that most people who are A+ blood types, are most suseptable to being, if not allergic to Wheat, possibly intolerant of it, meaning, it is hard to digest if at all, and its constant presence in the bowels, can damage the intestines and cause the leakage over time, once enough damage has been caused. So.. while you may feel as if you can handle Wheat quite well, the effects maybe causing other long term damage and effects which does not directly relate or corrispond to what you eat per day... meaning, you may go off of Wheat, and still be in pain, or have whatever problem. (For myself, some forms of Wheat takes an hour, a day... or sometimes 2 days to cause pain) 6) For myself, when it was worst, I had swollen lymph nodes all over my body, and consumed huge quanities of pain pills, and some Doctors thought I had Cancer, as Lymphodic Cancer, but, it was simply that my immune system was working overtime, NOT ONLY CAUSING THE PROBLEM, but working to get rid of all the damaged tissue, and junk in my blood from a leaky gut, where my own feces was polluting my blood. 7) For myself, one big indication was that after visiting a Chiroprator, and eating at a favorite resturant which gave me 2 days of diarreha, I had the bowel movement which changed my life... the Feces.. was literally... black... black as deep space.. and when it left my body, I felt as if a demon had left me, and I was cured for about one year... then.. it started coming back... because I was still eating the enemy.. which is Wheat. 8) As of today, avoiding Wheat is not enough, for when I eat to much meat, which is known to digest slowly and rot in the gut, the damage done to my intestines, allows for leakage, and I suffer from it, and I have no choice but to eat lots of vegitables, as well as maintain a gluten free diet.. meaaning... rice, beans, special gluten free bread, good quality meats, and again.. lots of vegatables... if I do so... I am pain free... cured.. literally.. and I cannot express what a joy it is.. I have my life back, I am no longer in constant pain.. and I thank god.. not directly, but.. for giving me the strength to never give up.. for giving me the strength to know.... THAT THERE MUST BE A SIMPLE... DIET BASED SOLUTION... but.. it took me 20 years to find it. 9) Technically, Wheat, as well as all large grains.. are NOT NATURAL HUMAN FOODS... as we cannot eat them normally, in the wild, as they are hard, and virtually un-edible, without cooking... 10) The point in all this... is that... if you feel like shit... literally.. it maybe.. because you have damaged your intenstines, and they are leaking... literally.. back into your blood.. and your body.. is working overtime to deal with it.. and that is a hard job to do. 11) If you have bad health... I encourage you... try it.. give up all Wheat.. all Bread.. all Rye.. all Barley.. do not drink beer... do not have anything... like Ketsup.. which may have Wheat in it.. and see if it helps. IT WILL EITHER HELP... OR IT WILL NOT. IF IT DOES... YOU HAVE EVIDENCE... THAT YOU MAY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT. IF IT DOES NOT... REALISE.. IT MAYBE BECAUSE YOU HAVE SO MUCH INTESTINAL DAMAGE.. THAT ITS HARD TO NOTICE.. OR.. OR MAY ONLY BE MILDLY INTOLERANT OF IT.... SOME.. ARE COMPLETELY ALLERGIC... CELIACS DISEASE... OR SOME.. ARE SLIGHTLY ALLERGIC... PROBLEMS... but unable to see the connection. Some.. are tolerant.. but.. still suffer bowl problems.. as they are eating food which is HARD TO DIGEST. SOME... maybe ABLE TO DIGEST IT... and are allergic to something else... like eggs or soy.. etc... 12) What matters... is that.. if you have an Auto-immune disorder... its likely caused by an allergy.. YOU... MUST FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS... DO NOT GIVE UP... NEVER QUIT... EXPERIMENT.. AND DO NOT GIVE UP. IT TOOK ME... 20 YEARS... TO FIGURE OUT MY PROBLEM WAS WHEAT... YOU.. MAYBE ALLERGIC TO THE AIR... ANYTHING.. 13) THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO... is try it... give it up... go bread free.. Wheat free.. Barley free for a week.. and see what happens.. if you feel better... then you will know. My sister has LUPIS... they say... but low and behold.. if she gives up Wheat.. the pain goes away. LOSING THE PAIN... MATTERS. I DO NOT HAVE TO TELL YOU... IF YOU ARE IN PAIN. IT CANNOT BE DESCRIBED... IT IS TORTURE... DAY AFTER DAY. I BEG YOU.. try it... it may work. if not... then try something else... but remember... intestinal leakage.. can be the cause, and if so, the only option is to go gluten free and meat free, and develop a custom diet.. which does not bother you... DO NOT GIVE UP... auto-immune.. MEANS... AUTOMATIC IMMUNE RESPONCE... to something. it could be Wheat... Remember... they put Wheat in everything... vitamins.. Ketsup... Mustard.... spices... it can be very hard to avoid... but if you do.. you may be cured as I am today. And I cannot express how happy I am about it... after 20 years of constant pain. If you cannot digest it... it could be the cause of all your suffering. Please.. consider it.. think about it.. study it.. experiment... You may find relief as I did. umm.. no.. and yes. protons.. do give off positrons.. to become neutrons... and free neutrons only last 12 seconds outside a core.. and after 12 seconds will emit an electron and become a proton... and there is speculation that neutrinos are emitted, and always there is the possibility that a photon can be emitted by said processes depending on the energy levels of the particles during such.(side effect) In theory... i propose that matter.. is likenned to a ball of string.. that string is the fundamental particle... that particle is like.. like.. electrostatic force, but maybe neutral such as gravity... without what we call polarity... and that in the process of decay.... positron and electrons emission... may be as I suggest being the unraveling of the upper most layers of the nucleon... i.e.. a proton... has a positive layer... which when unraveled becomes a positron. as such. it seems to me, that no one is even trying to consider it, and ok... thats fine. I offered it... i shared it. I stand to describe it, and show that it fits. I say this concept of a dimensional progressive pattern fits, because it does... it shows all of creation step by step, and explains for why. the why... is the dimensional progression. I even provide visual aids to make it easily understandable. my claim is... name any known evidence, and it can be found to fit. the motion of all heavenly bodies... fits. The formation of galaxies... fits. the nature of atoms.. fit. gravity fits. time explained and fits. red shifts. left over cores from stars. supposive black holes. the big bang. strings. it also shows why chaos theory, is actually not chaos. even life form development... is reflective of this same progressive dimensional pattern. I was able to see this... by collecting all the real evidence, and studying the flaws of existing theories... those flaws... lead to this idea. I offer it. but thus far the major attack has been on quantification and my methods.... which ok... Thank you, an open mind, there is no proof, but there are very large things, with density greater than neutron stars, that much we know for sure. I would not dispute that they are black, as they are. As to the topic, crossing the event horizon would be the point of no return, where the gravity is so great, I would think, yes it would be fatal, probably instantly, as our bodies are smashed against the ship floor as it is pulled in. and as we get closer, the density of our ship would go up, until we match the density of the object we impact. Personally, I am interested in what happens to the atoms themselves, as they would also squash, and likely the electron clouds would fail, and nucleons would likely start ripping threw those electron clouds as atoms collapse and join the matter in what ever form it exists in the 'proposed' black hole object. Um sir... you can do very little, AND YOU WILL NOT SEE ANYTHING, unless you have advanced equipment to see something... what you can do.. is.. transmute matter.... create isotopes, etc... but there will be nothing to see. it is generally used to test pipes... and stuff like that, to test for cracks etc. if you want visuals... i suggest you get a cloud chamber... and that.. should allow you to see streaks... as the nuetrons fly threw it, and causes some disturbances. personally, i would not play with it, because neutrons are bad for your health, and so is lead, and so would be any isotopes produced. in fact... while 4 inches of lead may stop them, they can fly for meters... many meters in air... so could... fly into the next room, and irradiate friends and family. which is not cool.

The thing that sets it apart... is the proposed.. Dimensional progressive pattern for universal formation... that.. is the part that matters. it.. shows that the evidence.. can be looked at... in a different way... and most of the aspects of big bang, and string theory, etc... can still fit... if we clean them up. I.e.. my proposal included BIG BANG... but.. as shown.. The Big bang... was not the beginning... it was step number 8.... not step number one. Remember... as a founding thought... I discuss how... a zero dimensional object... cannot instantly form into a 3D space... it would have to rise up... and I show how... I show 4D... and how it forms time.. and the original particle. I show how that original particle.. becomes photons.. I show how photons.. transform into matter. and how that matter... formed at the center of space... to experience that BIG BANG.. Did someone say freedom.???? from my website, attempted link to website removed which the mods refuse to let me link.... which is lame... ------------- Freedom vs Civil Liberties : In 1933, they literally took away constitutional freedom and rights and protections, and gave the people something else, calledCivil Liberties, which is granted at the pleasure of the Federal Government, and slowly over the past 80 years, they have created more and more RULE based laws, 'statute laws' which the people are forced to obey, 66 million laws and counting, ALL OF WHICH IS UN-CONSTITUTIONAL, when applied to actual people. THEY took away the protection of the common law legal system, as provided for in the Constitution, and forced all the people into 14th amendment Federal citizenship, and Social Security corporate status, without our clearly informed understanding, so that they may enforce endless laws on us, most especially taxation, under penalty of prison, which is something they simply could not easily do in a constitutional common law court. (So, those who favor taxes, found ways to change the system and rob the people.) We got ripped off. The problem here, typically is that the average American does NOT realize what the Common Law is... or was. So, let me explain, as simply as I can. Under the Common Law AS IT WAS BEFORE 1933, it was difficultif not impossible to force the masses of people TO PAY TAXES, and the Federal government was completely unable to write laws applicable to the Free People, and so, in order to enforce an income TAX on the people, they had to get around the Constitution and the Common Law legal system it provides, which prevented the Federal government from being able to FORCETAXATION, by law, as by the point of a gun and prison... I.e... Under Common Law freedom, any failure to pay income taxes, was not a jailable offence, since under the Common Law, no damage or harm had been done, and the only way to legally allow for enforcing income taxes under the Common Law, would be by constitutional amendment, stating clearly the powers of enforcement... An amendment which would be difficult if not impossible to pass, even today.THEY FOUND A WAY around the Common Law legal system..... by changing the legal system... which is something the Federal government HAS NEVER BEEN EMPOWERED TO DO. Civil liberties, were established in 1933, as part of the NEW DEAL OF 1933. Prohibition, being a perfect example of the difference between constitutional freedom and government imposed Civil Liberties.... such that before 1933, they had to have a constitutional amendment to prevent our free people (you and me) from having the god given right to consume Alcohol or anything else for that matter, because under the constitutional legal system, being the Common law... people are free to do what they wish, posess what they wish, in all ways, always, as long as they do no harm and do not infringe on the rights and freedom of any other people, or damage any property.THAT WAS REAL FREEDOM... PROVIDED BY THE COMMON LAW!!! BUT in 1933, THEY TOOK AWAY freedom, and they gave us Civil liberties, by forcing us all into 14th amendment Federal citizenship. That is key, because this form of citizenship was not required before 1933, until when FDR used emergency war powers to force it upon the people. WHICH IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! That is key... because in the 14th amendment, it states, we are under thejurisdiction of the Federal Government. (as the United States). It says, United States, which legally, means, the Federal Government, to distinguish it from state governments. And it says clearly, it... providesprivileges and immunities, which free people as state citizens did not need, do not presently need, and would not want, if they are subject to the common law,as free people. Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights. Ratified 7/9/1868. (at end of civil war!)1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. This was a protection given to ex-slaves, who at the time had no protections under the Common law, and so this 14th amendment was written to protect them. As 14th amendment citizens, the Federal government gained the power to write and impose statutes to define the actual effective limits of their Rights, and by law could protect them, by demanding that all state courts prosecute them, only in accordance with Federal statute laws. (Which was not required for prosecuting any free people, who were state citizens who were as such onlyprosecutable in a constitutional Common Law court.) In other words... it was at the time, that there were two kinds of citizens. 1) Free people.... as Constitutional state citizens, with Common Law Protection. 2) Ex-slaves (Freed people)... with NEW Federal citizenship, to protect them from abuse. The NEW DEAL of 1933 '''made us all''' into Ex-slaves, with no Common Law protections. Is that right????????? HELL NO!!!!!!! Let me put it this way... If today you are dragged into a Common law court, the court prosecutor would have to show the court that you actually did something really wrong, as a true crime, and provide evidence of it. In a modern statute court, the prosecutor need only show that you broke a rule (violated a statute), and the jury is only told to decide if you indeedbroke that rule, and NOT whether OR NOT it was a real crime OR NOT. In a statute court, they would only need to show that there is a statute which makes for example FAILURE TO PAY INCOME TAXES, a STATUTE CRIME, and as such., all they need to do is show the jury that you did or did not these things, which if the jury agrees with it, would only prove you broke a statute rule, but, even though you broke a statute rule, you still may never of did anything wrong.. (BUT THAT DOESNT MATTER IN A STATUTE COURT, because with Civil Liberties.. we are forced to obey all statutes, as ifthey are actual crimes!) Thats the difference between constitutional Common Law freedom, and Civil Liberties. With Common Law Freedom, you can do as you please, as long as you cause no harm, or recklessly endanger others. With Civil Liberties, you literally must obey millions of statutes, and in court they actually tell you, "ignorance of the law is no excuse!", and if you break their pety rules, or fail to pay their tax, they treat you like you are an actual criminal, because you broke their rule. PEOPLE ARE ARRESTED EVERYDAY... and convicted... butare they indicted by a grand jury??????????????? (as demanded by the 5th amendment?) No....!!! With Civil Liberties, the prosecutor can just PROSECUTE YOU, without a grand jury!Because under Civil Liberties, we have no Bill of Rights, or Constitutional protections, because they previously forced us all into 14th amendment Federal citizenship.... After several years of the Federal government attempting to write statute laws into the Common Law system, which was the one which existed since the founding fathers.. the Supreme court found, rightly, that the Federal Government has NO POWERS, to write law under the Common Law. So what did FDR do????????? He used Emergency War Powers, unconstitutional war powers, to simply throw out 150 years of Common Law, and force the system to start over, with the Statute system, being forced upon all the people, using... Federal Citizenship, Social Security, and Contract law, to rob the people of Common Law freedom. Tompkins, 304 US 64, 82 L.Ed. 1188.On April 25, 1938, the Supreme Court overturned the standing precedents of the prior 150 years concerning "COMMON LAW" in the federal government. THERE IS NO FEDERAL COMMON LAW, AND CONGRESS HAS NO POWER TO DECLARE SUBSTANTIVE RULES OF COMMON LAW applicable IN A STATE, WHETHER they be LOCAL or GENERAL in their nature, be they COMMERCIAL LAW or a part of LAW OF TORTS." (See: ERIE RAILROAD CO. vs. THOMPKINS, 304 U.S. 64, 82 L. Ed. 1188) The significance is that since the Erie Decision case, no cases are allowed to be cited that are prior to 1938. As for the system to be legal, there can be no mixing of the old law with the new law, since the New Law is not constitutional. The Common Law is the fountain source of Substantive and Remedial Rights, if not our very Liberties, and we must RESTORE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS is how they took away freedom, (1938) when they ended the Common law, because earlier in 1933, as part of the NEW DEAL they had already got America to agree to CIVIL LIBERTIES, by forcing everyone into 14th amendment Federal citizenship, which made this crime possible. THEY DID THESE THINGS SLOWLY... So people dont get upset. WE THE PEOPLE GOT ROBBED OF FREEDOM, and we must get it back!!!!! And I would so order that from this day forward, all Violent criminals, murderers and rapists, will no longer get a mattress and a TV, but instead by law will get Common Law hard labor-chain gang-prison camps, and will build the new Federal mining and energy development projects, and in so doing, repay their debt to society, literally. And I would also order a media campaign to explain the restoration of freedom, and so motivate and offset Congress's probable attempt to crush the Common Law by new amendments. As under the common law, people are sovereign free people (State citizens), who are free to do as they please, go where they please, posess what they please, so long as they do no harm, do not endanger others, and do not damage any property or otherwise infringe on the freedom of other free people. THAT WAS (IS) FREEDOM, and under the common law, the only REAL CRIMES, are rape, murder, thieft, assault, liable, and the doing of harm in some way to people or property, or the infringement of the rights and freedoms of others, and thepunishment for violations of the common law, was hard labor, or in the case of rapists, execution, or life in prison. Under the common law, THERE IS NO REVOLVING DOOR PRISON SYSTEM... that door is closed, and with real punishment as a real deterrent, criminals knew better than to continue to commit crimes, because they will not be getting to watch TV, or have decent foods, or the ability to sit around and socialize. No.. they all get hard labor, and must literally work to repay their debt to society, with labor. (The ACLU was re-organized in 1933, to protect criminals, from the unlimited law making of the NEW DEAL government. ) THE ENTIRE STATUTE LEGAL SYSTEM.. was an experiment started in 1938, and it was forced on the people, and it is inherently un-constitutional, because it robs the people of constitutional freedom, and is the greatest evidence we have for the oppressiveness of our government at this time. In 1933, FDR forced all Americans into Federal citizenship,and over the past 80 years, have robbed us all of every shred of freedom the American people once had, by raising the children of America to think that the existing statute court system, is constitutional, WHEN IN FACT, IT IS NOT. IT IS A SHAM.. a crime against freedom, and they have used it to fill the prisons with literally millions of people, who under the Constitution should never of been arrested in the first place, all of which, HAS NOT MADE US SAFER, since as part of the NEW DEAL of 1933, they literally reduced the punishment for REAL CRIMINALS, in exchange for the power to make endless laws.
