    A more practical value for x/0 would be the addition of an extended spatial dimension, which causes much controversy. It takes an infinite number of lines to make a plane so how can anything have any dimension if with respect to the lower dimension it is infinitely big and how could we for example have a proportion other than infinity if we have infinite 2D planes incorporated in our 3D universe. This would obviously lead to the conclusion that only point universes can exist, otherwise a problem would occur, but that was fundamentally solved. So take this example: If you have a line that has a length of 2, and you want to make it a plane with are 4 without changing the length of the original line, then you multiply 2 by 2/0 to get 4/0 or the area of the plane with respect to the line. Since the length of the line however with respect to the plane is 0. The are 4 would be divided by 2/0 to get the length of the line with respect to the plane. It should be clearly noted that dividing by 1/0 isnot the same as dividing by 0/1 as could be misleading, since the definition of a reciprocal is that their product is 1, but 1/0 times 0/1 is 0/0, which is undefined or infinity.

No seriously there are particles called tachyons that travel faster than the surrounding light, but that is a special case, since the light is traveling less than c, for example in water, it has a slower speed than in a vacuum, so particles that travel at 0.99%c can outrun it causing Cerenkov radiation which is kinda like sonic boom when you break the sound barrier, but for light. Other wise nothing with mass can travel at or faster than c.
  6. Stephen Hawking recently announced that all matter and energy released from a black hole can be retraced back to its original source from which it came, meaning no wormholes, or parallel universes.

Reason wormholes can't exist: For contact of another Bent in the 4th <B><STRONG>EXTENDED SPATIAL</B></STRONG> dimension, or in the higher than the present one (in our case the higher would be 4). For parallel universes to exist they must be in the higher dimension to be parallel. This by itself does not show that wormholes can exist, as gravity bends space-time without causing it to go into the next dimension. However, besides the laws of thermodynamics, which states that energy and matter cannot be lost or created in which case would be created if we had contact, for the universe to adjoin with another one, it would have to break down its 4D curves and that would cause it to go to the higher dimension, wiping it out. Think of a hollow ball of paper. The 2D people live on the surface, not the inside, so for another ball of paper to adjoin theirs, they would have to snap the surface and very foundations of their universe, which is disallowed by the rules and properties of our universe as observed by science. For the sake of logical thought and processing, since there can be two values for a quadratic equation, and 3 for a cubic, and so on, for x/0, or rather 0/0 there are in infinite number of solutions. 0/0=? 1 0/0=1/1*0/0 0/0=0/0 correct All real numbers and imaginary numbers follow the same pattern if 1 is replaced by x or any variable that you choose.

    2+2=4 because x=x; prove x=x and i'll admit you as a reasonable man/woman, unless it's proven unreasonably. As you can notice, you so called Mat Grime, x/0 is not a constant value, as it is R, and all imaginary numbers, because if 0/0=x, then y, where y doesn't =x, would be y*0/0, meaning y*x=x, and x=any number greater than equal to or less than x, which is certainly a contradiction for the givens.

However what AtomicMX is blindly referring to as nonexistence may be true, as to the fact of the laws of thermodynamics, which if he actually knew what he was talking about would have mentioned them much earlier. And to yourdadonapogos, you better shut your trap you blonde schoolgirl, because obviously the only thing you know is how to spam. The reason math doesn't count, is because the only proof that x=x is what we observe in nature. In other universes, nature might not have x=x, so shut up unless you can come up with a proof for x=x.
  13. 0^0 is not 1. 0/0 does not equal one, because 0 can be contained in 0 in more times than just 1. It's perhaps all real values, kinda like if x=a^2; then x has two solutions, a and -a, but that doesn't mean a=-a. In order for modern mathematicians to get this problem out of their way instead of solving like the good ol' times, they went ahead and said, "It's undefined."

Infinite sequences are infinite numberse but not the value of infinity represented by x/0 Sum of infinite geometric series (a1/1-r) is one approach to infinity as is 1=0.99.... 1/9=0.111.....; 1/9*9=0.111...*9;9/9-0.999....;1=0.999...showing 1/infinity is 0 if infinity is x/0, then 1/x/0=1/1*0/x=0. Nothing wrong with that.
  15. I seem not understand how you are able to understand without any proof? But beside the flaming They are parallel universes in the fourth extended spatial dimension. Why is that so hard to comprehend? Like two sheets of paper are parallel to each other. And yes there can be a fourth dimension as much as there can be a 3rd one, or 2nd one for that matter. The big question would have been whether it was possible for there to be a 1st dimension, but I think that was fundamentally solved. True the orbits would be very unstable, and there probably wouldn't be any living things, but there can be parallel universes, and I think math doesn't count for shit in that matter.

There can be more than one universe, there's just no possible physical contact between ours and any other, although it might be possible for two others to connect where x doesn't equal x (don't quote me here, because there's no proof of x=x, it's just an assumption from observation of physical science of THIS universe).

    Infinity is "defined" as x/0, and it is what you multiply to get the next dimension. E.g. multiply a dot by 5/0 (in meters) and you get a line 5 meters long. If infinity didn't exist, then our whole existence is fundamentally flawed :0, (which something that may not be untrue)

    The concept of math is not man-made, but it is a man made understanding of it. Science is the visual world of math, where x=x. But math is not science, as science is its application.
