  1. Actually I'm looking for a specific series of lectures. These: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Feynman_Lectures_on_Physics Feynman gave an introductory course to physics at Caltech and Caltech recorded the lectures and they were also made into book form called "Feynman Lectures on Physics." I'm wondering whether the video recordings are available anywhere online for free, and if not whether there's an audio recording (either of the lectures or the audio version of the book). The Cornell lectures are something else, it's what finster posted. I think those lectures are called The Character of Physical Law. Unfortunately, they're not there, but that's a great resource, thanks.
  2. Are the lectures available anywhere online in video or audio form?
  3. Can anyone explain to me what the difference between these two is? Everything that I've read provides these vague differences that may or may not be true for all idioms or phrasal lexemes, I've not been able to find a clear answer.
  4. I remember reading some time ago about a debate between Pinker and some lady on the topic of nature vs nurture. I think the debate was either at MIT or Harvard (or maybe somewhere else) and apparently this debate had some degree of fame. Does anyone know if there's video of this anywhere? I'll take any debates or talks on this subject you can offer. The reason I'm looking for video not text is that I want to play it in the background while I'm doing something else. Also, I would in particular be curious to learn about things which were found to be affected by nurture (whether you can give me a link to text or video).
  5. What is the most successful empire according to landmass and amount of time that land was held? Obviously some kinda scoring system would need to be developed, but I'm guessing the answer is obvious.
