I read that flax seed is rich in anti oxidants and has high fibres and removes toxins from our body. Also many advice to take flax seed in daiet. Is linseed the same as flax seed? Can it be taken as powder or oil? How much to be taken in a day? Also i read that flax seed powder should not turns poisionus if we keep it long. Is it so? Thanks in advance

This is question regarding sublimation. When we heat sublimants like ammonium chloride , Iodine etc it truns to vapor stage directly. Do they beomce vopour directly or the interphase ( liquid) is not noticable? What happens in the reverse ie when we condense vapors?

In one book I read about boiling water in a paper cup. Actually I tried heating a water in a paper cup till it becomes hot. Paper did not burn. I am interested to know the principle behind it. Similarly one more article in the book says If you roll a pencil with paper and heat it in a flame paper does not burn ( This I have not tried)
