  1. Its due to the presence of two antibonding orbitals which make oxygen to behave paramagnetically.
  2. You can make it by using NAOH instead of NACl.
  3. VBT just explain the hybridization only at rare levels.but MOT clearly explains bonding MO's anti bonding MO's.Thats why it has more advantages on VBT.
  4. Yeah!you can make NaOH, by calculating its molarity which is equal to moles over volume.But one thing i will suggest that sodium is very reactive and it gives exothermic reactions.so, please be careful.Because it can cause burns or any other hazards.
