It’s been more than 10 years since this was originally posted and i remember looking up an explanation for this feeling when i was like 12 and stumbling upon this post! i’ve been able to induce this exact same feeling since i was young. personally i’d describe it as an intense energy that courses through my body whenever i will it to. for me it starts in my head and travels very quickly to my legs which start to twitch if i hold the feeling long enough. i don’t necessarily believe that it’s some form of supernatural phenomenon but i will say that i discovered that i could do it while experimenting with Chi and meditation when i was younger. i honestly quite like the feeling and i wish i could sustain it for longer without giving out. also, after inducing this feeling my body feels quite exhausted, like i just did something super strenuous. if i close my eyes while doing it i see 2 glaring lights in front of me, not very different from the colours you’d typically see with your eyes closed but much brighter and intense. it’s not this massive part of my life but i am so insatiably curious to know what exactly this feeling is. please include me in any further discussions or revelations regarding this :)
