About Me
Hi! I'm Alexandra, and I'm a 17 year old aspiring physicist.
I fell in love with conceptual physics during my Freshman physics class, and haven't been able to get away from the field ever since. Unfortunately for me, it took a while to get the hang of the math involved, but I know that someday I'll be able to contribute to the community in a positive way.
My main passions lie in astrophysics and nuclear physics. The sheer enormity of our universe would be enough to keep me for a lifetime, but I'd like to study our place in it specifically; the way the universe is constantly expanding, the way that our universe might be one of many. This is why astrophysics is important. Nuclear physics doesn't quite hold me like astronomy does, but making a leap toward clean energy for our planet would be an extremely satisfying way to spend my career--this is my draw toward nuclear physics.
I'd love to chat if anyone is interested!!
