Immunology Tests

Hello everyone,

My name is Ruben R. I have 21 years old and have been diagnosed with prostatitis. Did an MRI and they found it. I have been suffering from penile pain, anal pain (it's a relief everytime I have diarrhea because anal capsule gets empty and there is no compression on prostate). Did 3 urine cultures, sperm culture, all exames came back negative. All negative for STD's also. I'm in pain for 7 months already. My urologist prescribed me Bactrim (sulfonamides) and there was a relief after 3 days but on day 7, I did an allergic reaction and had to stop. He prescribed me Levofloxacin and I denied. Can't take it because of adversal side effects. Not an option. Took 3 weeks off Bactrim, I'm worse again, and did immunology test 3 days ago. Now I have some results. I started 2 days ago another antibiotics. Cefuraxime and azitromicin. Also had two days ago finally a classic symptom of prostatitis. While urinating, at the end, I could get all urine out. Something was trapped. It all happened after I did a prostatic touch via anus from proctologist. He confirmed that my prostate was slightly enlarged. At the end of the day, that trapped urine feeling happened. Also electric shocks from penis to anus.
Now that you know my story, I need you feedback. Immunology exam is not ok regarding CD3+/CD45+. The value is slightly low. What does it mean? I would like to know before I talk with immunology doctor next week.
