Hey guys and i have a project in school due next month requiring me to make an insulation box relating to the topic ' Heat '

i need to make use of the transfer processes (conduction, convection and radiation) to make an insulation box so that if you put a hot thing inside, it wont cool off so quickly, the dimensions are 20cmx20cmx20cm and plz tell me what material i should use for it plz! thx

So first of all think about each of the energy transfers you mention.

Take each one, think how it moves energy (e.g. convection hot air moves to cold areas) and then think "what can I do to stop it" (e.g. remove air flow) and then what material will have that effect.
