BLACK HOLES- AN ALTERNATE VIEW

The following expresses a different view as to how black holes come into

existence and what may cause their demise.

First a few statements upon which this thesis is built.

1.If the speed of light was instantaneous all events in the universe would be visible from everywhere. No red shift or blue shift would be apparent. The past wouldn't be visible and the recording of distent events in the universe would exist only on paper. The structure of space would be overwhelmed with chaos.

2. The speed of light has to have a fixed velocity so that different frames of reference can interact with each other and allow event recording.

3. The structure of space is elastic with matter stretching and displacing it with its presences.

4. Time doesn't exist within a black hole since no space exists for time to react for event creation.

5. Black holes are created because their formation exceeds the ability of space to absorb it in the given time limit.

Black holes represent the ultimate density that matter can reach in this

universe. This density is so tight that space doesn't exist within the confines

of a black hole unless pieces of space get trapped. The event horizon of a black

hole is exactly that. No events can occur once this barrier is passed. At this

boundary space and time are constantly reacting with matter trying to pull it

back into the time-space continuum. A black hole will increase in size as long

as the amount of matter falling into it exceeds time's ability to react with it

and keep it in the continuum. The opposite would follow if the amount of matter

falling in decreased or completely stopped. Then space and time would have an

opportunity to start dissolving a black hole. The event horizon would decrease

in diameter in direct relationship to the ability of time and space to react

with the matter being exposed. Eventually completely dissolving the black hole.

Space and time creat the black hole and dismantle it or watch it enlarge

depending on the above conditions. An equilbrum is reached if the matter

falling in equals the rate at which time and space can react with it. It

would take space the same amount of time to dissolve a black hole as compared to

the number of interactions for an equal amount of matter in normal space.

This article is a slightly different way of looking at the universe. Take it

with a grain of salt.

This "alternative view" appears to be largely unsupported by theory/mathematics and seems to contain a number of errors. For example:

4. Time doesn't exist within a black hole since no space exists for time to react for event creation.

Time (and space) still exist within a black hole (although, interestingly, the time dimension is swapped with one of the spatial dimension at the event horizon).

5. Black holes are created because their formation exceeds the ability of space to absorb it in the given time limit.

That is not a very accurate description of the formation of black holes. It is more that the curvature of space-time becomes so great that there is no path out of the event horizon.

The event horizon of a black hole is exactly that. No events can occur once this barrier is passed.

That is not what event horizon means. It just means that no events inside the event horizon can affect anything outside the event horizon.

A black hole will increase in size as long as the amount of matter falling into it exceeds time's ability to react with it and keep it in the continuum.

A black hole will increase in size as long as matter falls into it. Nothing to do with "time reacting with it".

Then space and time would have an opportunity to start dissolving a black hole. The event horizon would decrease in diameter in direct relationship to the ability of time and space to react with the matter being exposed.

There is absolutely no evidence that this is the case.

If "slightly different" means wrong, then yes.

Take it with a grain of salt.
