Dehydration Synthesis (HELP)

Hello guys i am looking for some help and guidance!

Aminoacids are monomers and proteins are polymers. Explain how hydrolysis is used to break down proteins into aminoacids and how dehydration synthesis is used to build proteins from aminoacids. What is the relationship between enzymes and proteins? How enzymes work? When you break and egg the yolk is yellow but the rest is clear. If you fry the egg the clear area becomes white because the heat denaturizes the proteins. Provide other examples that may denaturize proteins.

Why are large organisms (like horses, humans, etc.) made of small cells instead of a few large ones? Why is the small size important? What will happen if one of your red blood cells is placed in an environment with a lot of salt? Why?

Thanks!
