I have been asked to quantify how much HRP molecules are bound per IgG molecule. I have no idea how to solve the problem. PLEASE HELP! I thank a lot! But the simplest is to make calibration curve of the peroxidase (how can you do that simply?) and then transfer that approach to an experiment where you add the immunoassay.
