The goal is to allow young researchers worldwide to write articles on their own or in collaboration with other young scientists.I encourage scientists to submit an article (original or review) in this new online journal (no publication fees). We support this initiative, despite the violation of our rules, section 2.7. That does not mean that advertising is now allowed on our forum. Check our rules in case of doubt. Typically, if a manuscript has enough substance, it can be published anywhere, with or without the presence of a senior PI. However a PI is often involved at minimum to pay salary and provide the means for experiments (if appropriate). As such the target audience would only make sense if the scientific standards are lowered so that e.g. student assays or similar could be published.
