A measured photon doesn't have a magnetic or electric field?

Can it also be said that the measured photon is disassociated with wave phenomena? Or could the wave be morphing, on demand, in a way that doesn't cause double slit photon interference?

What does this have to do with the thread title? Also, how about we keep the wave/particle duality questions contained to one thread.
