Nocturnal?

welcome to my world.

 

im nocturnal, and whenever i want to regain some semblance of a diurnal pattern, i pull an 'all-nighter'

 

id advise waking up at 2pm, staying awake all night and all the next day, and then going to sleep about 9pm the next day (ie, 31 hours later). that should realighn your pattern, although if 10 hours sleep is more than your used to id look into the possibility that you might be stressed, depressed, or have a virus comming on.

 

to stay awake for that long, try and wach some tv, play computer games, go for walks, and drink plenty of water. eat alot of non-sugary food, as this will slowly release energy throughout the day, and try not to imbibe too much caffien as it a/dehydrates you and will make you more tired, and b/ will give you diahoreahh the next day.
