Suggestion, if many members have had problems with changing their picture because the picture is too large, maybe add a text box telling what size constraints are allowed. This would circumvent having a moderator addressing the problem.

 

What is states currently:

"Use a custom photo

Once uploaded, you can adjust the cropped image.
Recommend an image 200px or larger"

 

I tried on multiple devices to change my photo and when I had no luck, contacted hypervalent.
